Sunday Worship
Weekly Schedule
The next congregational meeting is next week. This is an important time to hear how God is working in our church across many areas. We will also be having a vote of affirmation for Eric Andris as an elder. We’ll also have a time of dessert and fellowship afterward to welcome new members.
Anyone new to Bethany is invited to join. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been attending if you haven’t been to a Newcomer’s Lunch we would love to have you join. Meet elders and pastors, ask questions, and get to know us. Use a response card or go to bethanycentral.org/lunch to register or simply join us this Sunday afternoon.

We are excited to vote on the following people for membership into our church family next Sunday. If you have any questions, please contact an elder.

- Amy Hedden

Join the ladies of Bethany (18yr+) for a fun night of fellowship. If you don’t know how to play, it’s very easy to learn and there will be a quick instructional demo. There will be snacks, drinks, and fun prizes. Bunco is a game where you can talk as much as you play, so look forward to getting to know each other better. Please RSVP to ajsceggel@gmail.com by Feb 2.
H.E.A.R.T. (Helping Empty Arms Recover Together) is a Bethany ministry that provides support to those grieving the loss of a baby. The ministry is hosting a work night at the church. They will tie ribbons on “Safe in the Arms of Jesus” ornaments, fill Keepsake bags with items, and put items in stillbirth boxes. These resources will be given out through all OSF hospitals, doctor offices, pregnancy centers, and through individuals who know women and couples experiencing a loss.
No skills are needed so if you are willing to volunteer come to the church at 6:30pm and help put together supplies.
BEST (Boomers Engaging in Serving & Sharing Together) is hosting a lunch and learn. The topic will be “Heart Healthy Habits.” RSVP using MyBethany or call the church office.
OHOH (Open Hearts Open Homes) is inviting everyone involved in adoption, foster care, or Safe Families to the Refuge in the Midst of Shame seminar at Bethany Community Church. Childcare and lunch will be provided. Featuring guest speaker Julie Roth. Go to bethanycentral.org/refuge to register.
