REFLECTION

  • Have you felt like there are specific sins you can’t get away from? Have you ever felt despair or feel like God is condemning you?
  • Does your perception of God’s attitude toward you match what the Bible says in how he views his children?

DISCUSSION

  • Where does false condemnation come up in our lives that we feel like we need to atone for? Where do we need to rest in the fact that Jesus intercedes for us?
  • God did not forget his priesthood. What does it mean for us to believe and to remember that he won’t forget us?
  • In what ways have we seen God give victory to us over sin and condemnation? How have other people helped us see the grace and forgiveness of God?
