The Global Outreach ministry at Bethany encourages, sends, and supports those in our church family that have a calling to carry out the Great Commission – whether that means they’re serving locally, nationally, or internationally.

Our heart as a church is for outreach to be a global effort—but not just overseas, but also right here at home. That’s why we help connect our church family to serving opportunities at local ministries outside of Bethany – like Peoria Rescue Mission, South Side Mission, and others.

Each year, there are multiple short-term GO Trips heading out across the globe that families and individuals can join.

Last but not least, we have an ongoing relationship with our supported partners serving full-time in missions work locally and globally.

Nurture Program

As a church, we have a responsibility to identify individuals in our community that sense a calling to ministry. That’s why we have the Nurture Program in place: to confirm and affirm the people in our church family and to send them out as full-time cross-cultural workers. This is a dynamic way to disciple and raise up Godly leaders who are prepared to take the Gospel across the nation and the globe. GO Conference

The Global Outreach Conference is a five-day focus on our ministry efforts across the country and around the world. We do not currently have a conference scheduled for 2021.
