Stewardship begins with the understanding that everything we have is a gift from the Lord…our time, our talents, and our financial resources. Simply stated, Biblical stewardship means we understand God’s ownership of everything (1 Chr. 29:11-12), and joyfully desire to honor the Lord through our tithes, gifts, and offerings (Prov. 3:9; 1Cor. 16:1-2). May God be worshipped through our cheerful and sacrifical giving for the proclamation of His Name!
Ways to Give
There are many different ways to worship the Lord through giving at Bethany Baptist Church. If you have any questions, please contact our church office.
- Check — You can give by check by placing your gift directly in the offering plate during any worship service, or through the mail anytime (see address at bottom of page). Be sure to use a giving envelope if you want your check gift to be recorded in your giving records, or to designate a specific ministry. Please click here to request a set of giving envelopes.
- Cash — Cash gifts and offerings should only be given in a worship service (do not send cash through the mail). Be sure to use a giving envelope if you want your check gift to be recorded in your giving records, or to designate a specific ministry. Please click here to request a set of giving envelopes.
- Online Giving — Give online out of your checking or savings account. Setup and manage one-time and recurring gifts. You may also see a record of all your electronic giving for the year. Click here for answers to Frequently Asked Questions related to Bethany’s Online Giving. Donate Now.
- Bill Pay — Have your regular offering deducted from your checking account, either automatically or prompted by you online. To donate to a specific ministry, designations can be included in the Account # or Memo line. See your bank or credit union for details.
